Approaching from Dorchester,
Bridport, Charmouth, (A35)

At the western
end of the Charmouth bypass there is a roundabout. Take the 2nd exit, A3052, signposted Lyme Regis.

Follow the A3052 up Fernhill and down a long hill into Lyme Regis itself. There are
3 traffic calming bits that jut out into the road – visibility is not particularly good where they are so beware cars
coming up towards you too fast.

Continue through older part of Lyme, through traffic lights at narrow tight corner,
then up through the main street (Broad Street). **

FORK RIGHT
signposted Axminster. This is Silver Street.

200 yards
on TAKE FIRST RIGHT into Hill Road. (Seat on one corner – La Di Dah frock shop on other).

Go down
past View Road,
and take emergency services road (fire and police service road) along the bottom of the gardens. Turn into our private car park - 2nd entrance on your left
and park as above. You
will find it easier to park in the open initially to unload your car before deciding whether to park in the open or in the
carport.
**If
you are in slow moving traffic and want to avoid the town centre (which will be worse!) you can take an alternative route
off Charmouth Road.
TURN RIGHT at CLOVERDALE COURT (a large complex
of modern flats) on to Anning Road. 300 yards along take FIRST LEFT into Woodmead Road. Go up the hill, passing 2 narrow turnings and take 3rd LEFT AT ROTHERFIELD GUEST HOUSE (sharp turn)
and along View Road to far end. We are the 4th house from the far
end. Drive straight round to our car park. TURN LEFT again into Hill Road and TURN LEFT AGAIN into service road along the bottom of the gardens.
Take
2nd opening off that and park as above
