How to find your private off-street parking at your holiday apartment - Greystones Flat, at Greystones, View Road, Lyme Regis. DT7 3AA. Lost? Delayed? Other queries - just phone Joan on 01297 443678 or Mobile 0779 280 1574.   Approaching from Exeter/Axminster (A35), Yeovil/Crewkerne (A30/A303), Taunton (M5/ A358) If you are coming from other routes click these links:- Use the print button at the bottom of the page to print out your own directions.   The B3165 crosses the A35 east of Axminster at Raymond’s Hill – Hunter’s Lodge junction (large pub at cross roads). Beware -  vehicles coming down the A35 are often exceeding the 50mph limit!   Take B3165 south to Lyme Regis, passing through hamlet of Yawl and village of Uplyme – straight ahead at mini-roundabout in Uplyme. (Uplyme becomes Lyme Regis by Woodroffe School and large housing development on your right and medical centre and business park/industrial units on your left.) 200 yards further on, go STRAIGHT ACROSS Lyme’s MINI-ROUNDABOUT. 250 yards further on, after Kent House Health Centre and before the Dorset Hotel and Mariner’s Hotel take VERY NARROW LEFT TURN into Woodmead Road.  This road is only 1 car wide at the top!  The road name sign is knocked off regularly. (If you have missed this turning carry straight on down Silver Street and TAKE THE NEXT TURNING ON THE LEFT with a small empty shop (Dec 2010) on the corner. You are then in Hill Road.   Go down Hill Road, past View Road, and then take service road running along the back of our gardens, see (9) below.) Take FIRST RIGHT into View Road, with Rotherfield Guest House on the corner. GREYSTONES is on the left side of the road, the 4th house from the far end.  It has a beach stone frontage. Parking is via service road at the bottom of the garden – accessed from Hill Road. Drive straight round there by going to the end of the road. TURN LEFT down Hill Road, and shortly TURN LEFT onto Emergency services private road that runs along the higher side of the car park to access our rear access.  Take 2nd opening on left (see photo) and park on open tarmac. You will find it easier to park in the open initially to unload your car before deciding whether to park in the open or in the carport.You MUST get off the access road in case of emergency call out.
