We have the tide times for you so you can plan the best time for your beach activities. There isn't a dedicated drying room, but if your get really wet I can put them by the boiler in my utility room for you.

Somewhere Easy: I think a selfcatering break should be as easy as hotel break, but with more space (unless you normally have a suite! No, don't bring everything including the kitchen sink. I hope everything you need is here. A Welcome Tray when you arrive, with some shopping done if you wish. Help with your luggage, detailed instructions on how to find us. Flexible arrival times. We are locals and live at Greystones, enabling us to offer a warm welcome and help at any time.

On-Site Parking. Definitely! I never stay anywhere without it.

Please yourself temperaturewise! You have independent gas central heating 24/7 controlled by you, double glazing and cavity wall insulation.

.You want to be Comfy!   We do comfy. We have robust furniture, and avoid low furniture that is difficult to get out of if (like us) you're not as nimble nowadays.

You don't want backache! You have very good quality firm beds.

You want to be able to walk to to pubs, restaurants, cinema, etc. Yes, all within a short walk, and the streets have pavements and lighting. Pubs and restaurants open all year.

Lazy days with a retail therapy maybe? We have lots of small galleries and individual shops rather than multiples, so most are run and staffed by individual owners with an eye for the unusual and offer an eclectic selection - just the thing for Christmas or special presents, or treating yourself.

A chance to recharge the batteries!  You can do that here for sure. If you want to chill out the beds and lounge suite are comfortable, there are lots of books, DVDs and videos and CDs to play. Scrabble too!

There is a lovely soft hot water bottle if you are under the weather and in need of extra TLC. There is also a wine rack and a selection of corkscrews if that is your preferred relaxation!

And if you have health worries we are happy to do our best to make things easier for you. We can supply pictures of access etc. We don't want your holiday spoiled - we want to help you make the right choice. We do our very best to help you, but can't change the fact that Lyme is hilly, etc. (That's why you get such good views!) We have had dialysis fluids delivered in advance for guests, and if things get bad, you have a folder with maps and details of the doctors and local hospitals you may be referred to. Some overseas guests found that extremely useful this year.
